The passion of the young Ettore Bugatti for race cars begins in 1898 in Milan. He is a young man with strong character and great personality and he competes in 1899 in the Grand Prix Padua-Treviso-Padua in Veneto. He wins the 1st prize that will represent for him a great springboard in the automotive world. The same year he takes part in the Grand Prix Verona-Brescia-Mantua-Verona, the famous race that will later become the inspiration for the modern "Mille Miglia" which still nowadays takes place in Veneto and Lombardy and that has always been called as "the most beautiful race in the world".

The Largest Wine Barrel in the World, owned by the Menegolli Family, is a unique masterpiece assembled with the best wood which passed strict selection controls to grant wonderful bouquet and unique aromatic compounds to this wine.
The barrel contains the equivalent of 57,000 bottles of Amarone della Valpolicella and is located nearly 12 meters below ground level in the 6,000 sqm. wine cellar owned by Menegolli Family. It is surrounded by 62 artistic frescoes murals and 1,200 wooden barriques.
